About Christine
Who am i?
Christine Marcigliano is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who graduated from the LIU-Brooklyn Physical Therapy program in 2014. She played Division 1 soccer throughout college and became obsessed with anatomy and movement patterns as a result of a series of injuries she sustained and subsequent physical therapy. Christine now strives to understand the root cause of her patients’ pain and work together to get them back to optimal function with compassion and empathy.
Christine strongly believes that educating her clients is vital to success. She takes the time to explain what patients are experiencing, and how, with an appropriate plan, movement will become enjoyable again.
Christine treats privately from home and makes house calls throughout the NYC area. She has also been hired to travel for some clients due to her advanced knowledge and specific abilities. Christine has experience working extensively on a variety of television shows for major networks such as ABC, NBC and Netflix. She has worked with tv productions for consultative PT scenes, biomechanic adjustments for actors, and treatment for a variety of departments within the film industry, including many stunt performers.
Christine continues to be an athlete in her post-college life, training regularly rock climbing, parkour, tumbling and snowboarding.
